| How Do I Edit Update And Change Details On My Profile? |
| 1. Login to your TMB account using the "LOGIN" button. Enter your username and password and press "LOGIN" this will bring you to the "MY PROFILE" page 2. Go to "MANANGE MY PROFILE" 3.Your Profile will appear in 'Edit Mode' and you can enter any field (except your Username) within the form and change the content. 4.Once you are happy with the changes click “SUBMIT” 5. You can view your updated profile by clicking on "MY PROFILE" and then "VIEW MY PROFILE" |
| How Do I Upload My Images? |
Uploading your images is a simple process. The TMB server allows you to find files on your computer or from a CD or DVD and upload them on to your TMB profile. For images on CD’s or DVD’s the CD or DVD must be inserted in to your computer before you can begin to upload your images. Uploading your images: 1. Login to your TMB account using the "LOGIN" button. Enter your username and password and press "LOGIN" this will bring you to the "MY PROFILE" page 2. Go to "MANANGE MY IMAGES" 3. Please wait a few moments for the image tool on the left of the Image Loader to load. If you are using this service for the first time a permissions window from JavaZOOM may appear, if this happens please click "YES" or "ALWAYS" to continue. 4. Drag your chosen image file in to the upload window or press “Select File” to browse for your image file. 5. Select the category of your image i.e. General, Fashion, Glamour etc. (Bronze members are automatically set to general) 6. If you wish you can enter a title, Details, Copyright info and a link the photographer or model using the fields supplied. 7. Click "ADD SELECTED IMAGE NOW” 8. Your new image will appear below the image loader. 9. You will have the following options for every uploaded image “Delete Image” or “Make Main Image” 10. To choose your main image view your uploaded images and click “Make Main Image”. 11. You can view your new images in your profile by clicking on "MY PROFILE" and then "VIEW MY PROFILE" Image sizes: We recommend that you make your images the correct size before you upload them as this will save you time during the uploading process. Images should have their longest side no more than 400 pixels. You can resize your images with picture software available for your computer (Most computers come with image editing software) don’t worry if you can't resize your images. The TMB system will automatically do this for you. Image format: The preferred format for images is J-peg or .jpg If your web browser is having trouble with this image system click on “Having problems with Java Upload on your browser? Click here to use the alternative image loader.” And follow the instructions. |
| What is "Manage My Travel" And How Do I Use IT? |
| Manage My Travel enables you to keep an online diary of your travel dates as well as automatically notifying TMB members in your travel destination of you intentions to travel to that area. 1. Login to your TMB account using the "LOGIN" button. Enter your username and password and press "LOGIN" this will bring you to the "MY PROFILE" page 2. Go to "MANANGE MY TRAVEL" 3. Fill in the details of your travel. 4. You travel notifications will automatically send. 5. The details of your travel will appear on your travel page. |
| How Do I Find Other Membesrs On TMB? |
| 1. Go to “MEMBER SEARCH” your search form will appear. 2. Simply select the criteria for your search and hit the search button at the bottom of the page. 3. Note The more criteria you select he more refined your search will be. 4. Your search results will appear in a series of member Z-Cards. |
| How Do I Upgrade My Profile |
| Upgrading is very simple, simply click on "UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP " in the main menu and follow the instructions. Any payments that have already been paid on your old subscription will automatically be deducted from your new upgraded subscription. |
| How Do Downgrade Or Cancel My Membership? |
| If for any reason you should wish to downgrade your membership, please go to "UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP " in the main menu, and select your new membership level. The changes will take place at the end of your last billed month. Warning! If you downgrade your profile the number of your images exceeding the maximum limit of your new membership level will automatically be deleted in date order starting from the oldest uploaded images first. We recommend that you edit your images down to the maximum limit of your new membership level so that you keep your preferred images.Once images are deleted from TMB they are wiped completely from the TMB system and cannot be retrieved. You must re upload them. It is always good practice to keep your images backed up. If for any reason you should wish to cancel your membership please go to "UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP" in the main menu, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Council My Membership”. Your profile and images will be deleted immediately and will be irretrievable from the TMB system. |
The Model Book provides portfolio-hosting services for its members. The contents of portfolios are the sole responsibility of the member. Any images being used without the permission of the copyright holder will be removed. Unsuitable material will be removed at the discretion of the TMB team and could result in the permanent removal of a member from the site. Please report any misuse of the TMB site to the TMB team.
