Hectic timetables and travel itineraries can really take a toll on you’re health. The lack of routine can make it very difficult to eat healthily. This is why it is important, when you do get a chance, to eat wisely. Be sure to take foods that will nourish you and give you energy. Choose non-processed foods that are free from refined sugars and salt, and try to avoid foods that are high in carbohydrates.

To minimise stress it is important to find quite time to yourself to meditate or just relax. Although you may feel tired from days modelling it is often a mental tiredness. Therefore taking exercise can actually make you feel much more energised and refreshed.
